Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

 

US Buyers: Items are shipped via USPS First Class Package Services or First Class Mail Letter, and all purchases should be received within 4-5 days business days. Orders ship within 2-5 business days of a transaction's completion. Tracking numbers for applicable orders will be provided once it has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, shipping times for international orders are much longer. For some countries and regions, shipments have been halted altogether. For up-to-date details, please refer to the United State Postal service's page on International Service Alerts.

Buyers are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
